Steam Frozen: remove from bag and place in a hot steamer for 15-20 minutes Thawed: remove from bag and steam for 5-10 minutes.
Oven Preheat the oven at 325 degrees. Remove tamales from the bag, wrap them in foil and place them on a sheet pan. Frozen: bake 15-20 minutes. Thawed bake 20-25 minutes.
