Chicken Enchiladas Plate
Two tender chicken enchiladas wrapped in corn tortillas, topped with our creamy green sauce made with sour cream, jalapeño, poblano, and Monterey Jack cheese. Finished with melted mozzarella for the perfect cheesy bite.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
For food safety, read and follow the below cooking instructions. Cook product
thoroughly to 165°F. Keep frozen until use. Refrigerate or discard leftovers.
Since microwave ovens vary in power, cook time may need to be adjusted.
CAUTION: PRODUCT MAY BE HOT
Microwave (1,100 watt microwave): 8 MINUTES; Setting: HIGH
1.Puncture the film on several places and on all compartments.
2. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes
3.Remove tray from microwave and pull back the film on the rice compartment
- Stir side to side evenly
4. Re-cover and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes
5.Measure temperature of all compartments to ensure it has reached 165"F or
above
6. Let the product stand for 2 minutes before eating
7. Remove film carefully and serve
