Remove the plastic cover from the oven proof tray, heat them up for about 8 minutes thawed or 15 minutes frozen. until they are golden brown, add the salsa (defrost) and the cheese and return to the oven for 4-6 minutes more until the cheese is melted, and the filling reaches and internal temperature of 165 F. Heating times may vary.
AIR FRYER
Preheat the air fryer 350 F, place the enchiladas in the air fryer for about 8 minutes if they are thawed, or 12 minutes frozen, until they are golden brown. Add the salsa (defrost) and the cheese on top and put them in the air fryer again for another 2-4 minutes just to heat up the salsa and melt the cheese.
