Keep Frozen or Refrigerated

OVEN
Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove the plastic cover from the oven proof tray. Cover the tray with aluminum foil then place in the over for 8 minutes thawed or 15 minutes frozen. Remove the foil and return to the oven for 6-8 minutes more until the enchiladas begin to brown and the filling reaches and internal temperature of 165 F. Heating times may vary.

AIR FRYER
Preheat the air fryer to 350 F. Remove the plastic cover from the tray then place in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes thawed or 12-14 frozen. Heat until the enchiladas begin to brown and the filling reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
While the enchiladas are in th oven, place the green sauce in the small sauce pot and bring to a low boil on a medium burner. Remove from heat then spoon over the baked enchiladas. Lay the Swiss cheese over the enchiladas and return to the hot oven, or air fryer for 4-6 minutes or until the cheese in melted. Turn off all heating elements.

I recently tried Salsa Belen and now I use it every day, it is mild but with so much flavor! I usually add it to my eggs in the morning or with a quesadilla or tacos!
