"Our Pollo en Mole Casero offers deep, complex flavors derived from a blend of dried chiles, spices, fruits, and seasonings–without need for hours at stove! The term ""mole"" stems from the Nahuatl word ""molli,"" which means “sauce” or “concoction.”

"Take your frozen food out of the freezer and put it in the refrigerator to thaw. For a faster alternative, we recommend the Hot Water-Bath (Baño Maria) method: Use boiling tap water and immerse the plastic-wrapped meat in a large pot for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stirring is important because it prevents a cold zone from developing around the food, insulating it from the remaining warm water.

OVEN
Preheat to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the pork is slightly charred."

SO YUMMY!

I recently tried Salsa Belen and now I use it every day, it is mild but with so much flavor! I usually add it to my eggs in the morning or with a quesadilla or tacos!
