Fryer: Heat oil in skillet or pan over medium-to-high heat to 350oF. Add desired flautas and cook for about 3- 4 minutes until flautas is golden and crisp (internal temperature of 165oF).

Oven: Preheat oven to 400oF. Add cooking oil or spray to a baking sheet and place flautas on the sheet. Bake for 15-20min (internal temperature must reach 165oF).
