These tamales are soft, tender packets of ground corn, filled with sweet strawberry jam. Sweet tamales are very common in Mexico and this is a great introduction to them. The aroma of the tamales steaming is irresistible.

MICROWAVE
Heat for 2 minutes, 1 minute on each side.
STEAM
Steam for 15-20 minutes if frozen and 7-10 minutes if thawed.
OVEN
Preheat at 325°F degrees. Remove tamales from the bag, wrap them in foil and place them on a sheet pan. Bake 15-20 minutes if thawed and 20-25 minutes if frozen.
